The best way to enjoy truffles is to avoid ostentatious dishes; simplicity is often the best recipe. Don’t forget that the truffle should not be cooked but should be added to a dish at the last instant to maximise the aroma, perfume and fragrance with a short burst of heat. And take care when adding truffles to other products. The aroma, texture and flavour of truffle should be enhanced not overpowered by other ingredients. Truffles go well with rice based dishes, eggs, pasta or salad.
