RETURNS: Upon receipt of the product at the delivery address, the customer can exercise their right within the legal time limit to return the product if not fully satisfied. In this case the customer is obliged to communicate by e-mail (descubre@trufapasion.com) and undertake to return the product in perfect conditions, including the original bill and details of delivery costs.
Having established the state of the product, TRUFAPASION S.C. will reimburse the full amount to the customer within 10 working days of having received the goods.
By credit card:
This payment service is provided directly by a credit company and, in our case, through the secure server of RURALVÍA (MultiCaja, Caja Rural Aragonesa y de los Pirineos).
This payment method is completely safe as it uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption system and 3D SECURE. Data from credit cards is protected during the transaction and the customer is required to introduce a pin number to confirm a purchase. In this way fraud is avoided and only the credit card owner can make purchases on our site.
The data from credit cards is only stored on the RURALVÍA database where the payment is taken and purchase is communicated to our website as a confirmed operation. Customer’s details are treated with confidentiality and total protection.
By bank transfer:
Payment can be made to the account number that appears as the purchase is confirmed through a payment system belonging to RURALVÍA.
When making the transfer it is essential to quote the order number. Once the transfer has been made there will be a period of 24 working hours for the payment to be confirmed before the preparation and dispatch of the order,
TRUFAPASION S.C. will cancel the order if a bank transfer is not received within 3 working days.
Cash on delivery:
Payment is made in cash to the transport company upon delivery of the goods.
Once an order is received requesting this payment method, TRUFAPASION S.C. will contact the customer by telephone or by e-mail to confirm the delivery and payment details.
For delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside of Spain, delivery details will be provided by TRUFAPASION S.C. by e-mail.
On the Iberian Peninsula, delivery time of the product is estimated at approximately 24-48 working hours.
The delivery times indicated are approximate and are calculated from the time the product leaves our premises. Where products have a different delivery time this is highlighted on the product page on the website.
